These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all pre-order transactions made through INGCO Philippines Online Store. By placing a pre-order, the customer agrees to be bound by the following:

1. Payment Policy

• Pre-orders require full payment upon checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not allowed for pre-order items.
• Customers must select a prepaid payment method such as GCash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card.

2. Pricing Disclaimer

• All posted prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Price adjustments may occur due to supplier costs, exchange rate fluctuations, importation fees, or other external factors.
• In case of a price change, customers will be notified and may choose to:
• Proceed with the updated price; or
• Cancel the order and receive a full refund.

3. Lead Time / Delivery Schedule

• Pre-order items are subject to a processing time of 7 to 21 business days from payment confirmation.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
• Supplier schedules
• Customs clearance
• Logistics or courier delays
• The company shall not be held liable for delays beyond its control.

4. Product Availability & Stock Disclaimer

• Stock availability is not guaranteed and is subject to supplier confirmation.
• In rare cases where the ordered item becomes unavailable:
• The customer will be notified promptly.
• A replacement item with similar specifications or model may be offered.

Customers may choose to:

• Accept the replacement; or
• Cancel the order and receive a full refund.

5. Cancellation & Change of Mind Policy

We understand that plans may change. Cancellation requests are accepted under the following conditions:

• Requests must be made within 3 calendar days from the date of order placement.
• A 3% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund to cover transaction, administrative, and restocking costs.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

After 3 calendar days, cancellations due to change of mind will no longer be accepted.

🚫 Non-Refundable Charges:
Shipping fees, logistics costs, and special-order fees (if already incurred) are non-refundable.

6. Order Finalization

• Once the order has been processed or shipped, no further changes, cancellations, or modifications will be allowed.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from pre-order transactions.
• Delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, import delays) shall not constitute a breach of obligation.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your order at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
